When you register on our site or purchase tickets for events available on LeBillet sales channels, users' personal data will be stored on our servers. The information we collect includes: first name, last name, email address, address, telephone numbers and date of birth.

Other data may be required to ensure transaction accuracy. Payment data and information necessary to process the transaction, such as credit card number, are not stored on our servers. When you purchase from the LeBillet website for the first time, the purchase may be sent to our information security department, who may contact the user and request details of the information.

After purchase, the user will receive an email at the specified address, so it is very important to keep the user's data up to date in our system.

At the user's request, LeBillet will permanently delete personal data.
